The Way of Buddha, Painting of Buddha
I believe Buddhist painting is an act of prayer in which the mind and the teachings of the Buddha are connected to us through brush and paper.
Following the lines of the Buddha, carefully drawing lines in ink and coloring within them…
This is the beginning of connecting with the Buddha: draw a picture with a single line as the border.
When I draw lines in ink which I think of it as a time of purification, the Buddha and my inner Buddhist nature (the Divine Palace) encounter each other.
This is the time when I realize that I am one with the light of the Buddha, the light of the original source of the universe, and the world that never ends.
Nothing would make me happier than people who come into contact with my paintings could learn about the existence of God and Buddha, and feel God and Buddha in the world around them.
